Ex-Microsoftie barred from working at Google July 29, 2005

Kai-Fu Lee had a TRO placed on him by a Federal Judge who claims Microsoft has a well founded fear that trade secrets will be leaked. Lee cannot work on Desktop or Internet search projects for Google.
