One of the questions that has been asked is if MSH could run on Windows 2000 Pro and advanced server. The answer is yes, How do I know? I did it. You do need a Windows XP Pro machine tho as well as access to the program. Download the .NET Framework 2.0 PD2 from Betaplace and install it on Windows XP as well as the command shell preview. Next, Install it on Windows XP. Third, install the .NET Framework 2.0 PD2 on Windows 2000 Pro, then copy the folder with MSH to a disk, a zip or Flash at it is at 6 mb. Copy ‘profile.msh’ from your home directory on Windows XP and place it in your home directory on Windows 2000. Put the folder with MSH in it into the program files folder on your Windows 2000 installation. Open the folder and double click on MSH.exe and whaalaa MSH running on Windows 2000. Please note, MSH does not work with the .NET Framework 2 Beta from MSDN. Also note that this method does not work on Windows 98 or Windows ME.
