Microsoft’s Upcoming Vista To Support Legacy VB6 Apps February 22, 2006

Good news for companies and other customers who run legacy apps. microsoft does plan to support the VB6 runtime in Windows Vista. This is extremely good news. I know many people who still run legacy VB6 apps and this also extends the time they need to get those apps ported to .NET

This is really good news. I have a lot of VB6 Applications and I do not want discard its. The remanufactoring of this applications is a very long road and we need more time, training and tools to do this.
