As everyone knows Microsoft has released its final specs on which Vista will run efficiently.  On older model PC’s you wont get the flashy graphics, but as anyone knows most business users dont care about flashy graphics.  How far down have I gone down on Vista to see if its in time to Microsoft’s requirements.  On all the machines I have tested, RAM seems to be the most crucial.  The slowest machine i have gotten Vista to run is on a 700 mhz Pentium with 512mb of RAM and it ran comfortably for what Most business users are going to want the PC for such as general PC related tasks.  if you are a developer you will need a faster PC.  All these naysayers who claim you will need a 2006 era PC are generally wrong.
