Microsoft gives Linux a virtual hug July 18, 2006Posted by rjdohnert in Tech News.
The Microsoft and XenSource are announcing a new partnership Monday night that will make sure Microsofts VirtualPC technology can run versions of Linux that have been adapted for XenSources, open-source virtualization foundation.
My Take; Good news indeed and it wioll also help crossplatform developers with theuir development knowing Linux is a fuilly supported Virtual solution. This also helps out XenSource in ensuring Windows can run reliably in Xen which was an issue before. Dont expect Xen to be released for Windows though.
