Microsoft has filed a federal lawsuit against testing materials vendor TestKing, alleging that the company is illegally selling the actual answers to its certification exams.

The suit, filed last week in Federal District Court in Seattle, claims that the “defendants have provided and are providing, without license or permission from Microsoft, the original copyrighted exam content from Microsoft Certification Exams.”

My Thoughts; The answers to those exams are everywhere.  Microsoft better have a good clean case and be able to show cause or I see a countersuit in the making.  Im pretty sure they must but its a shame nonetheless

Microsoft sues Testking…it has no importance. Because providing helping material about any topic is not illigal. one can train to any one by telling his experiences and knowledge.

Microsoft must build thier exams on more practical basis that can test practical knowledge and implementation of knowledge.

i learn a lot from the testking. plus i practice the questions in real time with vm so i think is all depends on the individual.
